1.1. All bookings must be made through the website, phone, or email provided by balitouradventures.
1.2. A deposit payment of [amount] must be made at the time of booking to secure the spot.
2.1. Full payment must be made no later than [number of days] before the departure date.
2.2. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.
2.3. If payment is not made on time, balitouradventures reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.
3.1. Cancellations by participants must be notified in writing.
3.2. The refund policy is as follows:
– Cancellations more than 1 day before the departure date: 100% refund of the total payment.
– Cancellations 2 days before the departure date: 50% refund of the total payment.
3.3. balitouradventures reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, unrest, or other emergencies. In this case, a full refund will be given to the participants.
4.1. balitouradventures reserves the right to change the itinerary for the convenience and safety of the participants.
4.2. Changes caused by factors beyond the control of [Company Name], such as bad weather or emergencies, are unavoidable and participants are not entitled to compensation.
5.1. balitouradventures is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries during the trip.
5.2. Participants are advised to have travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical treatment, and loss of personal belongings.
6.1. Participants are expected to maintain decorum and follow the rules during the trip.
6.2. balitouradventures reserves the right to remove participants from the tour without a refund if they are deemed disruptive or pose a danger to the group.
7.1. Participants with special needs (e.g., dietary requirements, disabilities) must inform balitouradventures at the time of registration.
7.2. balitouradventures will strive to accommodate these special needs but cannot guarantee full compliance.
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through mutual deliberation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved through the applicable legal channels.
